I had an amazing time at A Taste of Italy (BYOB)! The staff was warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience so much fun. The class itself was really well run, and I’d definitely recommend it for a night out with friends or a date. In terms of the food, it leaned more toward Americanized Italian cooking than traditional Italian, so if you’re looking for truly authentic regional dishes, just set your expectations accordingly. That said, everything we made was delicious, approachable, and easy to replicate at home. Overall, a great experience — fun, interactive, and the team behind it really made it special. -

Unfortunately the class was not quite the experience I was looking for, The food was mostly pre-prep not giving a lot of opportunity to work on skills. If you looking for a learning experience this was not the class for you. BYOB redeemed the night a bit but this was really targeted for first time cooks. -

Our group of three had a really nice evening at this class. Amanda was really nice and helpful, and the two other ladies were also nice and helpful. Everything was pre-measured for us, and all our dirty dishes were taken away and washed for us, so how can you go wrong? :) We made quite a few dishes and got to eat them at the end. We were pleasantly surprised knowing that we could make tasty meals on our own after this class.
