Jess will guide you through a live painting demonstration and share her process for painting features in her signature expressive style. Working from a variety of reference photos provided by Jess, you'll create 2-3 of your own unique feature studies and be equipped with the knowledge and experience to support your own portrait painting practice. All materials will be provided.

This workshop is ideal for those new to painting portraits who want to be guided through the fundamentals, those with painting experience in other mediums and subjects who want to take on the challenge of portraits in oil, as well as experienced artists looking to practice their portrait skills.
