Description

Join Herbalist + Multidisciplinary Healer Allie Brown, for an immersive evening of slowing down and tending to your own garden. Connect with the power of plant medicine and learn how herbal allies can support your mind, body, and soul. All herbs soothe the nervous system and support the natural rhythm of our bodies during the Spring season.

Craft an Herbal Tea Infusion and Tincture. Herbal Tea Infusions are made from herbs, flowers, roots, stems etc to provide a medicinal benefit. A tincture is a concentrated liquid extract of herbs used for a medicinal benefit and to deliver plant-based healing directly to the body.

Allie will also guide us in a Soundbath Meditation for grounding + stillness.

In Chinese Medicine, the energy of Spring is embodied by the Wood element, reflecting growth and movement. Like tree roots grounding downward into the earth and flowers blooming, spring is the time for growth.

Herbal Tea Infusions will be served.

Led by Multidisciplinary Healing Artist, Allie Brown.

Refund Policy

You may cancel for a refund up to 21 days before the workshop. After that, workshop fees are not refundable or transferable.

We reserve the right cancel or reschedule a workshop with fewer than 4 sign ups. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a refund.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
