For meditation, we believe comfort is key!
You can choose to lay down on our extra thick 15mm mats, or be on our comfy legless couches. Feel free to bring your own personal throw blanket for extra comfort, otherwise, we will have a light blanket provided too.
And we welcome... in fact, encourage you to arrive early... to have a moment to slow down, enjoy the ambiance, as well as our high quality organic tea...
Come with an open mind and enjoy an enriching inner-experience.
In the event that an instructor or the school needs to cancel at the last minute, students will receive a refund less a 5% non-refundable registration fee.
