Guided Meditation + Healing soundbaths are for individuals looking for a different way to unwind, feel rejuvenated, gain perspective and recharge the nervous system. There are many instruments that are used to help you relax your entire mind, body, spirit and soul completely.

My beliefs and main focus are to promote inner healing, self love, self awareness and living a healthier mental lifestyle. The goals and hope is for every individual, to have an open heart and an open mind to receive these beautiful blessings, miracles and answered prayers.

What is a Soundbath you may ask?

An acoustic vibrational experience to nurture the mind, body, soul & spirit, that consists of using ancient healing instruments (tuned to a 432hz frequency-earths natural frequency) that soothes and relaxes your while being. Giving yourself time to clear the subconscious mind (meditation) & focus on the sounds that you will feel throughout your whole body (soundbath).

What are the Benefits of a soundbath?

A soundbath can help those that may suffer from anxiety, depression, joint pain, back pain, mental health issues, etc... Or just need some "Me time" with a stress free environment to be alone and in the present moment. It also improves sleep, gives a confidence boost, brings relief from stress, helps you think more clearly, improves relationships, reduces headaches, improves organization skills and more!

For full refund less 5% cancellation fee, we require 2 business days notice of cancellations.

Refunds for no-shows after the class has taken place are to be issued on a case-by-case basis, but are usually 50% refund of the course price.
