Join us for an immersive evening of reflection and renewal at Forager, nestled along the LA River in Frogtown. This unique workshop combines a mindful nature walk with a restorative sound bath, designed to harmonize your inner and outer worlds.

We'll begin with a gentle stroll through the scenic surroundings, encouraging you to connect with the natural beauty of the area. As the sun sets, we'll return to Forager's serene studio space for a 60-minute sound bath, featuring crystal singing bowls and ambient tones to facilitate deep relaxation and emotional integration.

This session is suitable for all levels and is perfect for anyone seeking a peaceful pause to reconnect with themselves and the environment. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket for comfort during the sound bath.


Refund Policy

You may cancel for a refund up to 21 days before the workshop. After that, workshop fees are not refundable or transferable.

We reserve the right cancel or reschedule a workshop with fewer than 4 sign ups. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you will receive a refund.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
