Class Description

Description

Back by popular demand, Del Posto’s wine director Evan Clagnaz — a dynamic teacher — is pouring only native grapes of Piedmont in this luxe wine-tasting class. This is a great opportunity for anyone who knows they like Barolo, Barbaresco or Barbera d’ Alba, but doesn’t necessarily know why, or what else to try.

Please note that this is a fantastic culinary demonstration & learning experience, rather than a hands-on cooking class.

Refund Policy

Unfortunately, there are no refunds for classes (in-person and virtual).

No changes are allowed if the class is missed, however, we welcome you to send someone in your place.

This is a strict policy, with absolutely NO exceptions due to weather, illness, traffic, etc.

Consider our cooking classes like cooking “events” or a concert. If you failed to show up to a concert, you cannot get a credit back from the concert venue, no matter the reason. Please think of our classes the same way!

The school reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment or if the guest chef needs to postpone due to an unforeseen occurrence with a minimum of 48 hours prior notice. We will issue you a class credit to be used towards a future event.
