Description

Aerial classes are a great way to have fun, build strength, and climb into the air without going quite as high as flying trapeze.

Students build strength, body control, and flexibility with each session through fun and challenging movements. You will discover your center of gravity in many different positions as you learn how to pose, invert, balance, and drop into thrilling positions.

Sessions are open to students of all fitness levels unless otherwise noted; no prior experience is required. Students receive individualized instruction tailored to their comfort, skill, strength, and experience level. Each subsequent session builds on a student's skills and interest, incorporating more challenging poses, transitions and sequences.

We recommend fitted clothing that allows for a full range of motion; pants, tights or leggings that cover the back of the knees are encouraged.

Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance of the class will be honored with a full refund. Students who cancel less than 48 hours prior to the start time of the class will receive a credit towards a future class.

In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
