Description

Anyone familiar with those books that explain how the music business work are intimate with painful boredom. Right?? You may as well read a nutrition label!

What these books miss is any clue to the passions that drive people working in this industry. We will explain those dynamics. By concentrating on motivations over boilerplate, our exploration of various careers will contribute towards an understanding of how the industry, each cog , contributes to the machine. This class will also cover how to operate from a musician's viewpoint in this confusing world. All present music career levels welcome from no experience in the industry up to those with experience who are wondering how the business end runs.

Refund Policy

Bantam Studios Cancellation & Refund Policy

Group Classes & Ensembles
Cancellation requests must be submitted by email.

Before the session begins: 50% refund or 100% studio credit.
During the first week: No refund, but 100% studio credit.
After the second week begins: No refund or credit.

Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits. Studio credits are valid for one year from the date of issue and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Workshops
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full studio credit. Cancellations within 48 hours are not eligible for refunds or credits.
Private Lessons
Lessons may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture. Lesson packages are nonrefundable once lessons have begun, and unused lessons must be rescheduled within the package's validity period.
Instrument Rentals
All instrument rentals are nonrefundable.
Cancellations by Bantam Studios
If Bantam Studios cancels a service and cannot offer a suitable alternative, students will receive a refund or studio credit for the canceled service.
