Class Description

Description

Discover the remarkable diversity and versatility of sweet wines from every corner of the world through an engaging blind tasting experience.

Sweet white wines once greatly outnumbered dry reds among the most revered wines in the world. In this class, we return to the elegance of sweetness by exploring the classic dessert wines of the world, understanding their regional origins, studying various production methods, and examining different styles. But are they truly just for dessert? Join our guided tasting to discover how these wines vary based on the specific climate, soils, and traditions of various international wine regions. Despite their many differences, you will uncover common threads that unite them.

This class is essential for dessert wine lovers and anyone seeking to find new inspiration while improving their wine tasting skills and knowledge. This comprehensive class includes a carefully guided blind tasting of six distinct wines.
