Guided imagery and drumming are shamanic methods that accompany you as you deepen your inner world and transform from the inside out. Gain new perspectives with an overview of shamanism and its rituals.
Find out about working with the elements, four directions, helping guides and various realms frequently encountered during inner work.
Before the journey, a guided meditation brings you to theta consciousness, connecting you to mother Earth and Divine Source. From this state of consciousness, your monkey mind relaxes and opens to the space of transformation and healing potential. Upon completion, you may share your experiences with others.
Honor yourself and others by preparing a quiet, comfortable place to support the creation of sacred space. Ask others around you to respect your time and avoid disturbing you.
Please have writing materials available to record your experience.
